Antonio has been providing auto electrical support to our fleet of vehicles in Bristol for the last year. He provides services to our vehicles on a regular basis such as fitting tow bars, beacons, hot wash basins and more. He offers a friendly and very responsive service and has always been trusting and reliable in his approach. We would highly recommend Antonio’s services to other local businesses in the area.

Antonio replaced a monitor FOC which he had fitted as it was the wrong model for the van – he even offered to drive up to the Lake District to do it! But as we were going to be going down to Cornwall on June, we agreed to meet up in Weston to get the job done. True to his word he arrived on time, and in 40 mins had it all sorted, and working, tidied up and we were on our way. It just goes to show that errors happen as we’re all human, but what counts is admitting it and putting it right. Top job from a craftsman who knows his trade – happy to use him again when I’m next in the area.

Antonio fitted a new rear camera monitor to our van, after a mix up in the spec. He had offered to come up to the Lakes to change it, but as we were going down to Cornwall later in the year we arranged to meet up in Bristol. He arranged the place, turned up promptly, and in about 40 minutes we were all sorted. And the key message here was that despite the initial error, the response was just what you need from a good contractor – no excuses, no fuss, just put it right. Tidy finish, good communications, reliable service. And a nice bloke too – gets my vote!
